Aeon Motorcycles

Aeon Motor is a Taiwanese manufacturer based in Tainan City, with roots going back to Kuan Mei Plastics, a plastic injection molding company founded in 1970 by Zhong Jinsheng that began making motorcycle components in 1982. The company moved into building complete vehicles when it established Aeon Industry in 1998 to produce motorcycles, ATVs, and off-road quads, followed by the formal creation of Aeon Motor Co., Ltd. in December 2003 to take over those manufacturing and sales operations. Aeon has built its business primarily around ATVs, UTVs, and scooters, exporting to Europe and the Americas, and is one of the relatively few Taiwanese companies with a significant presence in ATV manufacturing. The company has also served as an ODM/OEM supplier to Polaris Industries, producing vehicles for the American powersports giant alongside its own Aeon-branded lineup of quads, scooters, and small motorcycles.
