Demak was a Malaysian motorcycle brand, operating under DNC Asiatic, that began around 2002 assembling budget motorcycles from Chinese-sourced parts at a plant in Kuching, Sarawak, with some models priced as low as RM 3,500. The company later expanded with an additional factory in Banting, Selangor, and manufacturing operations in Sri Lanka, building a reputation among dealers partly on generous sales commissions. Demak ceased operations abruptly in 2018, closing its Selangor factory after running into financial and cash-flow difficulties that left it unable to pay its workforce.
