The Harley-Davidson Tri Glide Ultra is Harley's factory-built touring trike. Introduced in 2009, it combines the front end and fork-mounted fairing of the Electra Glide with a two-wheeled rear axle, giving riders long-distance comfort with the stability of three wheels.
It includes a large trunk, a passenger backrest and reverse gear. It uses the same big-twin engines as Harley's touring bikes, moving from the Twin Cam to the Milwaukee-Eight. It is aimed at riders who want the touring experience without having to balance a heavy motorcycle. Rivals include the Can-Am Spyder RT and Indian trike conversions.
