The Honda CBF1000 was a sport tourer launched in 2006. It used a 998cc inline-four derived from the Fireblade, tuned for smooth, torquey performance.
It had a comfortable riding position, adjustable seat and screen, and ABS. It was a popular choice for touring and commuting. A revised CBF1000F arrived in 2010, and the model was discontinued around 2014. Rivals included the Suzuki Bandit 1250 and Yamaha FZ1 Fazer.
