The Kawasaki ER-6n is a naked bike launched in 2006. It uses a 649cc parallel twin, offering smooth, easy power, and its distinctive offset rear shock and light chassis made it popular with new riders.
Updates in 2009 and 2012 brought new styling and a more comfortable riding position. It was a popular choice for commuters and A2-restricted riders. It was replaced by the Z650 in 2017. Rivals included the Suzuki SV650 and Yamaha XJ6.
