The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, sold as the ZZR1400 in some markets, is a hyperbike designed for speed and long-distance comfort. The ZX-14 launched in 2006, and the R version from 2012 increased capacity to 1,441cc and added traction control.
Its huge torque and stability make it fast and smooth, and it has been a favourite in drag racing. It competed with the Suzuki Hayabusa for the title of fastest production motorcycle. Its long wheelbase and comfortable riding position suit high-speed touring. Kawasaki ended production in the early 2020s.
