The Kawasaki Versys 1000 Tourer is a luggage-equipped version of Kawasaki's Versys 1000 adventure-styled tourer. It uses a liquid-cooled 1,043cc in-line four from the Z1000 family, retuned for smooth, strong mid-range power.
With panniers, a small windscreen and an upright riding position, it is built for long road trips rather than off-road riding. Rivals include the BMW S 1000 XR and Suzuki V-Strom 1050.
