MotoCzysz was an American motorcycle company based in Portland, Oregon, founded by Michael Czysz, a former architect and design-firm owner who left that career to design a ground-up, high-performance racing motorcycle. His first project, the radical MotoCzysz C1, was intended for MotoGP competition but was rendered ineligible after rule changes and never raced. Czysz then turned to electric motorcycles, developing the MotoCzysz E1pc, which won the inaugural TT Zero electric-motorcycle race at the Isle of Man TT in 2010 and went on to win the next three runnings of the event; rider Michael Rutter also became the first to average over 100 mph for a TT Zero lap aboard the E1pc, in 2012. Michael Czysz died in May 2016, and the company's activity ended with him.
