The MZ ETZ 250 is a road bike from the East German maker MZ, built in Zschopau. It uses an air-cooled 243cc two-stroke single in a simple, tough chassis.
Cheap, reliable and easy to repair, it was widely used across Eastern Europe and sold in the West as a budget commuter. Its closest rival was the Jawa 350.
