The MV Agusta F4 SPR is a high-spec version of MV Agusta's F4 750 superbike. It uses a liquid-cooled 749cc in-line four with radial valves in the F4's famous Tamburini-designed chassis.

Built in limited numbers, it is aimed at collectors. Rivals included the Ducati 749R and Honda CBR600RR.
