The Yamaha Raider, later called the Star Raider, is a factory chopper from Yamaha's Star range. It uses an air-cooled V-twin of about 1,852cc in a long, raked-out chassis.

Torquey and dramatic, it suits riders who want a custom look straight from the factory. Rivals include the Honda Fury and Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout.
