The Yamaha XSR700 is a retro-styled naked bike launched in 2016. It uses the 689cc parallel twin from the MT-07, with classic styling and quality detailing.
It is light, agile and easy to ride, making it popular with new riders and those who want a stylish bike. Updates added LED lighting and a new dash, and the XTribute version pays homage to the classic XT500. Rivals include the Triumph Trident 660, Kawasaki Z650RS and Honda CB650R.
