The 1998 Cagiva Canyon 500 is an Italian dual-purpose bike built for road touring and light trail use. Its oil- and air-cooled 498cc four-stroke single makes 33.5 hp at 6,500 rpm through a manual gearbox and chain, for a top speed of about 160 km/h. A large 20-litre tank gives it a long range.
