The Indian Chieftain is a bagger launched in 2014, the first Indian model with a fairing. It uses the air-cooled Thunderstroke V-twin and features a fork-mounted fairing with an electrically adjustable screen and hard saddlebags.
It has a full infotainment system and cruise control, and later versions added the larger Thunderstroke 116 engine and Ride Command. It is a comfortable, stylish tourer. Rivals include the Harley-Davidson Street Glide and Road Glide.
